Sonya Padron

Sonya combines her training as a yoga instructor, birth doula, and ayurvedic wellness coach to help students work through physical and mental barriers using yoga and mindful breathing. Mindful breathing with Sonya integrates mindfulness with the ancient technique of pranayama – the conscious prolongation of inhalation, retention and exhalation- to provide individuals with calming, grounding, and/or energizing breathing techniques to incorporate into their daily routine.
