Setting-up your WCMI Member Profile
Part of your membership includes a personal member profile page that will be accessible via the WCMI website. We require the following elements for publishing your profile:
Recent and clearly visible headshot (jpeg format). Please email your headshot to: info@theebmc.com and include the following in the subject line: WCMI Member profile / your full name
Short biography (visit member section for examples: https://www.wcminstitute.net/therapists
contact information (phone #, email address, and web address)
Complete the form fields below and email a recent headshot. Once all elements are received, we will create a member profile page for you and provide you with a direct link.
