Jeremy Hirshberg, Ph.D.
As an executive coach, organizational psychologist, and leadership advisor, Jeremy partners with founders, executives, and senior teams to cultivate leadership effectiveness, strengthen alignment between people and strategy, and build organizations that deliver lasting impact.
Drawing on a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and more than 20 years of experience across consulting, venture, and executive leadership roles, Jeremy brings a blend of analytical rigor and human insight to his work. He helps leaders’ surface and examine the underlying mindsets, values, and patterns that shape their choices and influence performance supporting them in creating the clarity, confidence, and collaboration needed to achieve strategic results.
Jeremy began his career in leadership development and organizational effectiveness, designing and facilitating programs that accelerated individual and team performance. He later joined the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), serving first as Senior Faculty and then as Regional Director for Leadership Solutions, where he oversaw strategy, client partnerships, and program delivery across the Western U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
Over the course of his career, Jeremy has held a variety of executive and board positions across sectors including professional services, legal marketing, nonprofit leadership, litigation finance, and venture investment. In these roles, he led business strategy, operations, and culture initiatives, building environments of accountability, creativity, and shared purpose.
Today, Jeremy is Co-Founder of Kaleidoscope Collaborative, a human-centered leadership accelerator dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations foster growth, elevate leadership capability, and create positive systemic change through executive coaching, team development, and organizational transformation.
