Functional Health Meets Neuropsychology: Navigating the Overlap of Physiology and Health

Jeannie will present her framework for conceptualizing cases using neuropsychology, clinical psychology, and functional health.  One of the key points is microglial activation in the central nervous system, which leads to inflammation in the brain and body.  She will discuss functional psychology and psychiatry and present ways to approach cases through this lens. Complex cases that incorporate all of these disciplines will be presented in the hope that we can have a lively discussion about how to better support our clients and consult more with each other.
