In this engaging one-hour educational presentation, Robyn explores the intersection of neuroscience, mindfulness, breathwork, and movement to illuminate the science of nervous system regulation. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how the brain and body respond to stress and discover evidence-informed, embodied practices that support emotional regulation, resilience, cognitive function, and overall well-being. Designed for mental health professionals, healthcare providers, educators, and wellness practitioners, this presentation translates complex neuroscience into accessible tools that can be immediately applied in both professional and personal settings.
