Breaking up Mindfully

Breaking-up Mindfully is for anyone in any relationship they want to end for the sake of their health and wellbeing.

“Relationships with means of relief” are secretive, unconsciously driven, include relationships with substances, i.e. alcohol, stimulants, opiates, benzos, pot; or sex, porn, love addictions, compulsive gambling and codependent relationships or any other relationship dysfunctional, abusive or otherwise.

The time has come for you to begin taking steps to “break-up mindfully,” so that you can be healthy, free and back to your Self, and so you can begin developing the relationship with your Self, the most important relationship of all.

Breaking-up Mindfully is a didactic, interactional and experiential training, and in an atmosphere of safety and support, you will be taken through The Five Action Steps to “break-up mindfully.”

This is an 8 week training that will be meeting on Thursday evenings 6:30-8pm
